Anton Dereza

He grew up in Volgograd, in a family of artists of the Volgograd Academic Symphony Orchestra. He studied at a music school and a music school with his father. In 2004, being a third-year student at the school, he became a laureate of the International Competition for Young Musicians “Symphony”. In the same year he was admitted to the Volgograd Academic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Eduard Serov.

In 2010 he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Conservatory. Rimsky-Korsakov (class of V.P. Bezruchenko). In 2007 he won the Weber-Clarinet International Clarinet Competition (Petrozavodsk). In 2009, together with the students of the Conservatory, he organized the Holz-Quintet. The result of the fruitful work of the ensemble was the victory at the III All-Russian open competition of wind instrument ensembles in 2010 in Kazan. In 2010-2012. Anton Dereza was the concertmaster of the clarinet group of the Tavricheskaya Capella Symphony Orchestra.

Since 2012 – accompanist of the clarinet group in the Symphony Orchestra of the Capella of St. Petersburg. A regular participant in the musical projects of the Gartow Foundation: “Around the World with German Musicians”, concerts of the Gartow Connect Foundation Fellows St. Petersburg-Hamburg (2017-2019). Also performs a lot in various chamber ensembles. He devotes a significant part of his creative activity to performances as part of the In Time clarinet quartet, created in 2015 from the clarinet group of the St. Petersburg Capella Orchestra. Conducts an active concert activity as a soloist.
