"Anniversary dates"

The traditional subscription of the St. Petersburg Capella Symphony Orchestra “Anniversary Dates” is dedicated to the works of outstanding Russian and European composers. In the 2020/2021 season, the Capella Orchestra will perform music by Beethoven and his contemporaries, as well as works by Sergei Prokofiev and Jan Sibelius. Great interest will undoubtedly be aroused by the concert dedicated to the 140th birthday of Nikolai Myaskovsky, whose works, unfortunately, are not heard so often from the stage.

The season ticket concerts will be attended by the world-renowned conductor and cellist, People’s Artist of Russia, Professor of the Moscow Conservatory Alexander Rudin, with whom the Capella Orchestra has been collaborating for many years.
