Maria Osipova

Graduated from the St. Petersburg State Conservatory. Rimsky-Korsakov in the flute class (teacher – Professor G.P. Nikitina). Since 1995 – artist of the St. Petersburg Capella Symphony Orchestra, concertmaster of the flute group. Laureate of the All-Russian competition.

Together with the Capella Orchestra and as a soloist, she toured France, Germany, South Korea, China, Greece, Japan, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium and other countries. Has an extensive solo repertoire. Has performed with such conductors and soloists as Vladislav Chernushenko, Alexander Chernushenko, Maxim Fedotov, Alexander Rudin, Nikolai Alekseev. Sergey Roldugin, Mikis Theodorakis (Greece), Bruno Weil (Germany), Eliane Rodriguez (Switzerland), Carol McLaughlin (Canada) and others. As a soloist and with the Capella Symphony Orchestra, she participated in the recording of more than 50 CDs.

She has repeatedly taken part in the festivals Petersburg Musical Spring, Honorary Citizens of Petersburg, Youth Academies of Russia, Harp in Music of Ten Centuries, Nevsky Choir Assemblies, International Conservatory Week, All-Russian Choral Assemblies, Palaces of St. Petersburg “,” Musical Olympus “,” Night of Music in Gatchina “,” Chamber Orchestras of St. Petersburg “, International Festival La Chaise-Dieu in France, Musica Romantica in Switzerland, International Music Festival in Santander (Spain),” Schubertiada in Schnackenburg “.

Maria Osipova regularly performs solo programs with the St. Petersburg Capella Symphony Orchestra, the State Hermitage Orchestra, the Novosibirsk Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, etc. She has repeatedly collaborated with the State Russian Museum Lecture Hall. Has an extensive and varied solo repertoire, which includes works by Bach, Mozart, Handel, Vivaldi, Saint-Saens, Debussy, Weber, Paisiello, Cimarosa, Sarti, Prokofiev, Khachaturian, Tishchenko, Smelkov and other composers.
